ORDERING INFORMATION

ORDERING

To place an order for anything on our pages please email us requesting to reserve a toy. Please make sure to specify item no. & description.
We will email you to confirm that the item(s) you requested are still available. If you have asked for multiples of a particular item, we will confirm whether or not we have multiple in stock. Do not send payment without confirmation of availability of item.
We will provide you with your order total including shipping and optional insurance charges. Please let us know your address in advance to enable us to quote exact shipping charges. We only charge what it costs to ship your item(s). No additional handling fees are charged. You can save on shipping by ordering more than one item at a time, we will be glad to ship all of your order together when possible.
All items are packaged with the utmost care to ensure no damage will occur during transit and are shipped through airmail (unless differently requested). This generally takes 7 business days to arrive, from date of shipment. All postage through the Post Office is based on weight.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by check or postal international money order. We are not currently set up to accept credit cards.
Merchandise will be shipped as soon as payment is received (if you pay with a check, your items will be shipped after the payment has cleared - usually 6/7 business day). We will email you shipping details.

RETURN POLICY
If for whatever reason you are not happy with a purchase, simply send an email advising us of the problem, and if we cannot resolve the matter in a mutually acceptable manner, just return the item in it's original condition, and we will refund the purchase price of the item in full. We will not reimburse shipping charges to you or on the return.
